The ‘young wheatgrass’ is hand-harvested precisely on the 8th day, dehydrated indoors at temperatures less than 45C and finally ground into fine powder very gently.
Also known as ‘green blood’ due to its molecular structure similar to Hemin, wheatgrass powder is a rich source of iron, vitamin A, vitamin C & vitamin K.
